will ? if you yourself don’t feel like you are worthy, who will? Remember these following affirmations or tips to keep you focus on how much you are worth in life:

  3. I deserve the best
  4. There is no one like me
  5. I am blessed by God 
  6. I only have one life to live I need to make it count
  7. I am strong
  8. Its okay to be alone
  9. Its okay to set boundaries
  10. Its okay to say no

 On My Self Improvement Journey 

On my self improvement journey I am constantly reminding myself of these tips. As I had to build up my self worth after going through a separation, I was alone. I believe I needed that time alone to build up myself and my mind and know that it’s okay to be alone. That time alone helped me realize what I was going to allow from others for my own self respect and peace of mind. I am strong now but it’s still a life long journey, I am worthy.
