Self Improvement Journey: Regression

 

You will experience times of weakness on your self improvement journey. But its important to stay strong and remember your goals. Think of that state or person you do not want to regress to. Think of how you want to feel or be, you want better for yourself. When times you feel you want to regress to your previous state of mind read and remember these five tips:

  1. I love myself
  2. I am strong
  3. I deserve better
  4. I am worth more
  5. I have goals to reach

 My Self Improvement Journey
I experience times of regression and I also have to keep these affirmations in mind while on my self important journey. I have to remember the state of mind I was in and don’t want to go back to. Some days I have lack of self worth but I remind myself, I am worthy of everything that’s in my path.
